Yes it is possible, all you have to do is purchase both UTME and DE jamb form, Also when applying for post-ume you will purchase both.

For Direct Entry, you will have to be an OND holder.

A good example are those running jupeb program, they purchase both UTME and Direct Entry jamb for them, to have more chances of gaining admission.
Without the Direct Entry jamb form for jupeb student, the program is a waste.
