This is disappointing and shameful coming from you.
No election held there so where will the PDP produce results from.
Or you want them to forge results as Uzodinma did.
When you rate someone and the person just falls your hand with lame argument.
Though I know the SC would find a way not to reverse its judgement, having felt it has compensated PDP back with the Bayelsa judgement, but it's clear that Imo judgement was blatantly so shameful that the basic law degrees of the justices should be called into question.
But this is Nigeria where absurdities are quite commonplace.

THE PROBLEM IN IMO WAS INEC'S INEPTITUDE TO DO WHAT ITS RULE SAYS. YOU EITHER CANCEL THE PROCESS IN THE 388 WARDS OR DECLARE A RERUN THERE ....... IT CANNOT BE A VACUUM!!

AGIAN, HOW DID PDP STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY MEMBERS EMERGE IN THOSE PLACES IF THERE WAS NO ELECTION THERE?

I'M STILL SURPRISED THAT INEC AND PDP HAD NO COUNTER RESULT FOR THOSE AREAS TO COUNTER UZODINMA'S FAKE RESULT HE PRESENTED IN COURT........ THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A GAME THEY DONT WANT TO EXPOSE, IT MAY TRUMP UP OTHER HIDDEN ISSUES.

BEING FOURTH IS POSSIBLE IF HIS VOTES ARE RUBBED OFf, but when brought in back can become first. The first result where Ihedioha led may in that case not be the highest, the higher votes were kept away without a word of cancelling them either.

IMO and Zamfara had the same case but INEC did the needfull by declaring a rerun in those inconclusive wards ..... and APC NOW HAD HIGHER VOTES, THATS WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN IMO ........ IHEDIOHA MIGHT HAVE WON THE RERUN, SO WHY HIDING IT?

With due respect sir, u r not thinking properly.
By far, the Supreme Court is the villain here not INEC.

A mere cursory examination of the Uzodinma documents would have shown them as obviously fraudulent. Not only were they full of ridiculous figures that exceeded number of registered voters, they were also incomplete, smudgy, full of alterations, signed only by APC, and showed results for only APC and PDP out of 70 parties!

Those are the documents a Supreme Court relied on to overrule all lower courts PLUS INEC in order to replace an 8-month governor with a 4th place finisher!

INEC is the legally constituted election referee.
The same INEC swore, UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, that they never issued the Uzodinma documents.
”INEC had in their reply to the petition disowned those result sheets and averred emphatically that no results were generated from those polling units... that any result from those polling units presented by any of the candidates must be fake.”

Consider the precedent set here.
How hard is it to obtain INEC documents, write any results u wish, keep the carbon copies, and destroy the rest??
Or is it that it is so hard to obtain INEC documents??
The ONLY way to checkmate that is to accept INEC’s word, UNDER OATH, that they never issued those documents!

All elections have errors and shenanigans. But that’s why the bar for removing an incumbent is high. After all the games and maneuverings the umpire declares a result. It is VERY IMPORTANT not to change that result unless the documentary proof is unassailable and the reasons crystal clear. INEC declared Ihedioha the winner and Hope 4th place. That’s the baseline. They were not equal - one was the incumbent, the other came FOURTH! You don’t lightly change that.
YOU DON’T DO IT BY REFUSING TO EXAMINE DOCUMENTS OR BY ACCEPTING CLEARLY FRAUDULENT NUMBERS!
