Before you judge people that invested their hard-earned money into oko oloyun's option C program, there are some few things you should know:
1. They were never told it was a Ponzi, they were told the money was put into the investment of producing more herbal products, etc
2. The returns are actually 5% monthly as to the 10% stated, this is because the 10% is in 2 months interval which also equals 5% monthly, so you can say 10% in 2months or 5% monthly. this does not look or sound like a Ponzi.
3. if you are to back out, you have to give 4months notice which you won't receive any returns during those 4 months.

Having said all these, I heard the family of Fatai Yusuf, otherwise known as Oko Oloyun has assured investors of the late businessman’s Ponzi scheme, Option C, that there is no cause for alarm. “They should not be worried. They will be refunded”, Akeem assured-The family’s spokesman, Akeem Yusuf, younger brother of late Fatai Oko Oloyun told P.M.NEWS.

But I think the family is only trying to play safe and buy more time for themselves. However, when Business Hallmark sought the opinion of a financial expert and a -chartered Accountant in Ibadan Mr. Adetunji Babajide on what the investors in Oko Oloyun’s business Could do to gain their money back, he said the only option is legal and that is if their transactions are well documented Saying, that it also depends on the kind of agreements they entered into with him.

Also a legal practitioner and former Chairman of the Ikeja Branch of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) Barrister Bisi Ade — Ademuwagun said they could go to court because only a court of Competent jurisdiction could pronounce the anything on his property to be sold to pay up what he must have been owing investors in his company. He also added that the agreements reached with him would show what happens next.
