“Even by 2050, fossil fuel would account for 80 per cent of the energy mix, and there would still be consumption of at least 100 million barrels of oil per day. We are determined to remain relevant in the long term,” he said.

These guys are still joking. Fossil fuel cannot account for 80 percent of the global energy mix by 2050.

You dey mind that thing drunk on cheap palmwine and dead dog meat.

The slowpoke lacks sense of history,if not the thing will remember what happened then, when this current minister of petroleum was the minister overseeing the same ministry in the 70's and 2.8billion naira got missing.

And Buhari is the minister and president

The head of NNPC is complaining of oil thief, isn't it suppose to be his responsibility to stop it.

The Group Managing Director, NNPC, Mallam Mele Kyari, who disclosed this on Tuesday, decried the growing activities of oil thieves and pirates which he described as a threat to the operations of the corporation.
