Lol. Right. Government is on one hand, the citizens are on the other hand. Na citizens dey vandalize the mast. We all must call ourselves to order. Everything is wrong with Nigeria.
What if the Telcos are only falsely claim vandalism as an excuse for failing to deliver?

Are their claims of vandalism ever formally verified?

In any case it is their job secure their infrastructure from "vandals" How difficult can it be to secure masts?

Imagine if every Nigerian was allowed to make such excuses for non-performance?
Your driver will be telling you he couldn't collect you from the market because vandals stole the wheels.
