Lagos State Government has finally listened to the voice of his people by introducing new means of transportation.

After weeks of suffering by Lagosians due to the lack of Keke Napep and Okada for easy transportation, the Lagos state government has finally come up with a new solution.

The mini buses were only spotted in Allen avenue in Ikeja and not yet in other areas.

Though this story and picture looks fishy,if true,it can't be that they just brought it up after the ban on Keke and Okada.
It must have been the game plan,just like VisionScape failed waste disposal:ban all private waste contractors and gave visionscape exclusive rights.Well the outcome was there for all to see.
At the end it would be discovered the contract for the mini van was given to a single individual,just like primero.
What will now likely happen is that drivers would be employed paid salary and the company gets exclusive right to play all the routes keke and Okada were banned.
The scam game plan can be easily sniffed from a mile off.
