Boyooosa: Fiscal federalism is not good. Ir is not better. No. It is the best for our multi-ethnic nationalities forcefully joined together by Luggard. Barawo bubu promised that in 2011 but has failed to deliver as he has failed on every other promise. Failure then, failure now, failure always. www.nairaland.com/attachments/2343594_buharitruefederalismpromise_jpegc85970dabfc1bf2df5d730398a429913 1 Like |

Sincerely speaking, one of the ways indigenous languages have been cheated is a constitution written in English without a corresponding translations into individual languages. There's no way you'd better understand a language that is not your mother-tongue and as much as Nigerians like priding themselves as users of English language, we're still L2 users. I'd even appreciate it if we have the entire constitution translated into indigenous languages. |
