The Concerned PDP members in Rivers State has raised an alarm against the fact that Gov. Wike has warned all members of the People’s Democratic Party in Rivers State who are interested in contesting the forthcoming congresses not to obtain nomination forms unless he approves.

Gov Wike in a meeting with the PDP members in Government House yesterday, said that it is obvious that as the governor of Rivers State, he is not I contention with anybody in deciding who gets what in both the party and government.

He therefore, strictly warned that anybody who disobey him and obtain nomination form shall be severely dealt with and he will make sure that such person is expel.

“I will nominate and issue forms to all those I want from ward to state and nobody will stop me because I will fight the person to death”.. Gov Wike warned

Bro Felix Obuah is nursing a governorship ambition, Wike is grooming someone relatively unknown as his successor.

This congress will determine the 2023 elections. I believe Obuah will do all within his power to come out on top while Wike, on the other hand is the self imposes saviour of PDP Rivers State.

Both of them are rugged, tough and also have grassroots followers.

Those of us who are neutrals in Rivers State will just sit and look two dealy men fight to the end.
