I went to npc office at a local government in Ibadan (onireke) in Ibadan to get birth certificate from National Population commission I will be 27 by April this year. I have the local government birth certificate which was issued the year I was born(it’s old and the name on it doesn’t correlate with the name I normally use) the man I meet there charged me almost #7000 to get it done after getting my declaration of age done. I know the fee was inflated by him. Is there any other place Anyone can can suggest for me with a cheap fee?
