CASE CLOSED They were to install prepaid meters to ALL consumers within two years. They failed. THEY CHARGE ESTIMATED BILLS. They were to replace all the wooden poles with CONCRETE POLE within the same period. They violated and failed! NIGERIANS BUY POLES FOR THE DISCOS. They were to build injection-substations to increase capacity within distribution network across the country. They failed! THEY REJECT POWER FOR DISTRIBUTION KEEPING NIGERIANS IN DARKNESS. They were to build transformer stations, replace all faulty transformers in residential areas, and deploy new ones to new areas. They failed! TODAY, NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITIES BUY THEIR TRANSFORMERS. They have violated everything about the agreement they signed. The FG should terminate the contract on the grounds of BREACH OF AGREEMENT and NON PERFORMANCE. They can't hold a nation to ransom. If this level of contract breach has been committed, then what is government waiting for before revoking their licences and giving to people who are actually ready to manage utility. 1 Like |

That's what happen when you enter the wrong deal. You sell off distribution companies to people who didn't have the money, technical knowledge to run the biz (while those who had where) and still return the money to them. |
