Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State has admitted that the Presidency should rightly return to the Southern part of Nigeria after the expiration of President Buhari’s second tenure.

El-Rufai insisted that the North has no reason to remain in power after this tenure.

He added that, though it is not written in the constitution that there should be a provision for rotation, saying, in the interest of justice, equity and fair play, Presidency should go to other regions of the country.
