Gowon Seeks God’s Intervention For Nigerians To Overcome Insecurity by Voiceofawori: 11:44am On Feb 24, 2020
A former military head of state in Nigeria, Gen. Yakubu Gowon(Rtd), has sought divine intervention for Nigeria to overcome the problem of insecurity in the country.

The former military president who spoke on Sunday in his capacity as the National Chairman of ‘Nigeria Prays’ said the many cases of insecurity in the country is a huge cause of concern to all Nigerians.

Gen. Gowon while speaking at the one-day prayer rally held in Bauchi, said the prayer rally was to seek God’s intervention on issues of terrorist called Boko Haram attacking Nigerians, especially attacking the North-East zone.
