Saint, my foot. This man who single-handedly awarded a telecom's contract to to one man from Niger-delta, now late. He did this when he was military head of state in the 80s without due consultations. The man was introduced by a former chairman of Nigerian Breweries, a close ally to buhari, who happened to be the inlaw of the contractor. Which corruption is he fighting?
