like 400 to 450 thousand depends on location just got two plot recently but looking for someone i can share with but bought the two for 700000

my uncle is helping to sell one now cos i dont like the area. the place is near the state hospital but i dont know much about the location but can refer u to my uncle if interested he works at the state hospital too. i live in united state so i dont know much about the exact location but the place is already cleared with survey done
