Best way to get a thousand new tanks within the shortest possible time:

1. Get DICON functioning like at optimal capacity such that it will be churning out armoured vehicles, drones and other materiel effortlessly.

2. Next, arrange a special transfer programme between the DICON and NPF on a build-and-transfer basis whereby DICON builds APCs/armoured vehicles and as they come through the assembly system, a certain percentage goes to the NPF.

There should be no talk of importation here because it simply won't get them 100 armoured vehicles let alone 1000.
