-Get closer to God

- Know nobody is perfect, adjust your expectations of your husband accordingly

-Have a job if money is tight and you need additional income

- Dont daydream about "the perfect guy".

- Find hobbies

-Dont move with people who would encourage you to fool around

- Understand whatever voluntarily happens, was your decision, perhaps your unhappiness is what's showing

-Assess your past and how it makes you susceptible to your weaknesses

- Never assume you are not weak even if you're religious

- If you have a high sex drive and your needs are not being met, consider healthier ways to channel this energy. Or look for therapeutic means of self help. Remember lack of sex or not enough sex is not an illness.

- Do not visit a guy if there's a chance you'll end up in bed with him. Run from temptation.

- Do not take random monetary gifts from men who are not related to you unless your husband knows about it and consents or it's a loan which all of you have agreed to pay back. Preferably documented on paper.


- You need money for casual things like hair, cream, etc. Try doing your hair yourself until you have extra cash to do it professionally. There are many websites showing how to do hair and have it look amazing. There are local Nigerian creams which work almost as well as the expensive ones.

- Reduce your data consumption to save money if possible.

If you have a high sex drive and you cannot hold body, buy intimacy gadgets and get relief..

Ps. Do it on ur private time.

- Check what work needs to be done by you. There's always cleaning, etc.

- don't allow your phone to lead you into adultery. Keep all necessary correspondence clear if it involves the opposite gender. Don't flirt or or engage in ambiguous talks.
