He never IMAGINED he'd find himself in a MIRE

He was top NOTCH, working in an international conglomerate and earning BIG, way much more than his peers.

Considering himself the king of his circle, he was always the highest spender. Always organizing get togethers and night-outs with the boys.

From Cubana to QUILUX.

Living in a BAD ASS penthouse apartment worth 3m/annum

And oh, the GIRLS! They came in droves.

Life was truly amazing,

A bed full of roses!
.

.
.
UNTIL the time came to cut cost and RIGHT-SIZE.

The first 100 were laid off, being on the safe side, he breathed a sigh of relief.

But then came the order to lay another 100 off. Unapologetically, he was offered his letter.

The frantic search for employment began.

Then came the struggle to maintain the STATUS QUO.

Few months down the line, he was in debt. Unable to pay rent, he had to sell some of his belongings and move to a much more smaller apartment while he strategized on a way forward.

Watching the TV one day, he saw the advert of a property in Ibeju Lekki. Then he rememberd how one of his friends had approached him to invest some of his money in a rental income scheme.

As you rightly guessed, he declined on the premise that time was on his side.

An illusion in a world where employers of labor guatantee no job security, they take their job anytime.

It is what you secure with the income generated from a job that is truly yours.

Had he listened to his friend, he would have had something to fall back on if he had invested just 1.5m in a rental scheme that generates 400k consecutively for 10 years!

Avoid pitfalls like this.

Be deliberate about your financial future.

Invest in less-prone to risks cashflow generating instruments.
