The DSS has now said that it received official letter of instruction from the Presidency dated July 5, 2019 upon which it acted to arrest Okolie.

Okolie was arrested by the DSS for using a recycled MTN phone line that was once used by Buhari's daughter, Hanan.

DSS has now deflected the blame to the presidency in order to absolve themselves from an ongoing civil suit instigated by Okolie on the DSS and Hanan Buhari.

So we can all see that that milk maid, Hanan was lying that she did not petition the DSS.

They are trying to absolve Hannah of any crime, knowing that since the presidency has immunity there's nothing the guy can do again

The President and not the Presidency enjoys immunity when in office.

If the President was the one that gave this order he can still get his dry ass sued for abuse of power.

Presidency is nobody ......so no one can be held accountable.......after punishing an innocent guy for weeks.....well the things we do to people because we can will be revenged by their maker.
