A friend wanted me to accompany her to check out some online vacancies/job searches last nov/dec. .

She told me to type in "nairaland.com" cos she'd heard there're lots of job infos on the site. .

I ended up reading up threads in the sexuality section and ma poor friend didn't get to do any job apps at all

Precisely April 2008, I took my gprs enabled phone en was searching google for Free Browsing Cheat Codes for the then Celtel ng. Google result brought out pages on nairaland, en I entered. Got the cheat en promising to be back to register. Then September 28, 2008 I registered!

It was during my youth service year in 2007 in Yenegoa.i was searching for job when one of my corper's friend gave me nairaland's address and since then i don't know what came over me,nairaland became the first web address i use to logon into whenever i am online.

There's this my coleague in thhe office.He's always busy wit his PC,Most times u see him laughing loud to himself or smiling and i ept wondering what the Bleep.Each time i ask him why he's laughing,he will jst dismiss me by saying he's jst reading thru a comment.
Till one day i decided 2 check d site out myself,i found it so interesting dat i did nt hesistate 2 register cos of the funny dudes we ve here.STM i'll ve 2 laugh my ass out n my coleagues will like,are u on Naira Land.
Immediately i put on my PC,oya fiam na nairaland i dey enter ozugbo ozugbo.I've even introduced 2 of ma coleagues.lol
