We are currently recruiting for the position of a *BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ANALYST * in a consulting firm

JOB ROLE
The ideal candidate will
1. Initiate and implement marketing strategies and sales tactics to ensure a sustainable business growth
2. Draft and develop new programs and curriculums
3. Analyse trends and metrics;identify business opportunities and challenges
4.develop pricing structures;develop risk assessments and pricing structures. He/she must ensure financial planning and budgeting as an important aspect of the business
5. Oversee and coordinate all staff to ensure the maximization of their potentials

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have

1. A minimum of 5years experience in similar role
2.A minimum of Masters in Business Administration
3. Good business sense, demonstrate talents for clients liaising, project management and team leadership
4.Prior experience in a consulting firm will be an added advantage
