The National assembly recently approve that buhari led administration can go forward with their plan to borrow a huge sum of 22.7B(USD). But the real question is - who will borrow nigeria that sum or let say a significant fraction taking into consideration her economic health and of course the propensity of meeting the term of repayment. Is it IMF, China or even the United States ?? |
