Supreme court as far as I am concerned is the final judge. How? I think it is to the extent that it is only the SC that can look back into its judgements and that its judgements cannot be presided over by any lower court. But as for whether a SC case is revisitable, it is but can only be by the same SC & not any lower court.

When SC enters any judgement in error, it owes JUSTICE a duty to revisit its judgement and right its wrong. It will not be in the interest of JUSTICE if SC allows its error to stand because it will continue to hurt & hunt its blind statue - a blind statue that sees and tells us it is not seeing-just like someone pretending to be blind when he is not.

There is no court as Supreme as the court of God but God revisits His cases when men that are prone to error appeals His judgment in His court. Hezekiah in Isaiah 38 for instance appealed God's judgment on him and God had to send back Isaiah to go and tell him that 15 more years have been added to his years even after the same Isaiah had previously told him it was time to pack up. Moses severally appealed God's judgment against the children of Israel. God will say I am ready to finish these people and Moses will say- but the Egyptians will hear it and God will change His mind.

So Supreme Courts revisit their cases not to talk of the SC of man that is error prone.

Nweze one of the SC judges on Imo governorship SC review sited cases and instances all over the world of when SCs revisited the judgments they entered in error. That is to say, no lower court has the jurisdiction to look into what the SC had passed judgment on except the SC itself.

If it is not the case then if SC is manipulated into error and judgment is obtained, then that is final. And if that is the case JUSTICE is doomed.

SC can only say that the cost of revisiting its judgements is very high and it will be understandable but not that it will not be revisited when the need arises. But even at that it should not be so because JUSTICE and the highest bidder are supposed to be enemies.

Supreme Court by the judgment on Imo State has told us that the vote of the people don't count. SC is now an electoral umpire on itself that decides who wins an election and no longer the collective choice of the electorate. We thought that the SC will always protect our votes and choice but SC has told us that their error is right - without minding the despair in the heart of the many electorates whose choice were truncated.

By this judgement therefore, I will appeal this case before the SUPREME COURT of GOD. His throne is founded on Judgement and Righteousness. And since He can't be bribed or blinded, I therefore sue the parties involved in this judgement before GOD since there is no court on planet earth that has the jurisdiction to preside on this case anymore. I sue the parties before God's throne. I appeal to God.

The Supreme Court Judges did what they did intentionally. Their evil judgement on Imo was not by mistake. It was well planed and executed. There is nothing any of us can do about it.

Of course it was intentional. The court was clearly compromised.
Notice how they carefully did not mention numbers in their judgement, in a case that’s all about numbers! For same reason they dared not mention meeting the constitutionally mandated geographical spread - because they know the numbers make no sense - the man gave himself more votes than there are voters! Same reason INEC dared not give the final tally of votes as they did in Bayelsa and all others - they’d be laughed at!

THAT NAME “CENTUS CHIMA NWEZE” WILL BE FOREVER WRITTEN IN GOLD in the annals of Nigerian jurisprudence!!
He stood his ground and told the TRUTH despite all the pressure that must have been put on him.
