I think I'm going through a psychological problem I know nothing about.

Once in a month I wake up very angry and at those moment a single pin drop would sound so loud that I'd be surprised, and again during that morning I find it very difficult to grasp even the words I used every day like week, you e.t.c.
Today I was talking to a friend And I even had to look at my phone's screen to remember her name when I wanted to mention her name.

P.s all these symptoms disappear gradually and entirely before 12 noon.

I don't understand what's happening and I will appreciate any advice from professionals here.

Just go and see a psychiatrist , everything will be fine. It's a minor issue anyways.

U are indeed suffering from psychology problem cos if u are well, u should av known that u nid to see a psychologist.
