(15) Teachers welfare,

(16) Debt forgiveness,

(17) Strong foreign reserve,

(18) National Open University of Nigeria.... NOUN.

And many other strong reforms.

*Appointment of the very best like Ufot Ekaette, Prof. Okonjo Iweala, Prof. Charles Soludo, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, Prof Dora Akunyili, Mallam Nasir Elrufai, Dr. Ndidi Okere Onyiuke, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Nenadi Usman, Odion Ugbesia, Alice Mobalaji Osomo, Precious Sekibo, Mr Frank Nweke Junior and many others across the 36 states of the federation in compliance with the federal character principle.*
