South Korea's defence budget is four times that of the North's total budget.

South Korea has some of the latest defence equipment. North? Their most advanced fighter jets are MIG 29 built 30 years ago.

NK just relies on China for protection, same as SK.relies on the US, but one on one, NK would lose

Poor North Korea have nothing to lose.

Guy take corrections.. then y does d MOU state that North Korea will not attack S. Korea but protect it in exchange for reduced sanctions by US, China n UN

The MOU was about North Korea giving up its nuclear weapons, not about protecting South Korea.

Denuclearising d Korean peninsula n DMZ .. D major reason y Moon Jae-in has been jittery n running to USA.. N. Korea signed not 2 attack S.Korea in exchange for reduced sanctions.. Av u seen d N. Korean border.. Missiles directed 2 face S. Korea..
