How To Cash Out In 2030 by Nichesiteseo(m): 4:49pm On Mar 11, 2020
My friend Obesere wants to start a business.

So he follows the usual step most people take:

1 - Find/create a product

2 - Find market for the product

3- Use non-effective marketing (spamming twitter/insta, listing benefits and features of the product etc) to sell it.

He launches the business and...

Crickets

No one buys.

Don’t be Obesere.

If you want to slay it in business you have to do things differently.

Here’s how not to be Obesere.

Step 1: Pick a market first.

My example: Fresh graduates looking for jobs in a bank.

Be specific to the T.

Step 2: Create a BIG IDEA instead of a product to sell.

If no one has been buying your shit that’s the mistake you’ve been making.

Products/services don’t sell. BIG IDEAS do.

If you want to stack cash you need to do it with a BIG IDEA.

How can you come up with one?

Many people questions like:

What do fresh graduates looking for entry level job in a bank give a Bleep about?

What’s troubles them at night in bed?

What do they want?

Good start but these questions won’t give you big ideas.

You need to make your thinking cap bigger.

How?

Look for trends.

Be observant.

What’s the Bleep is really going on in your market.

Using my idea, I asked around and did some research.

Here’s the trend going on in recruiting:

You know what sorts those resumes/CVs you submit online for jobs?

It’s not humans.

It’s software. Machines.

Banks outsource recruiting to HR agencies.

When you submit your CV to a bank it actually goes to an HR agency.

The HR agency dumps all that resume into a database and a software picks ideal candidates through predetermined criteria.

That’s the trend going on in my market.

Now, I will dig deeper and see if I can squeeze out a big idea from this trend.

I just google:

+ Outsourcing requirement + banks

+ Recruitment software

+ How to write CV for recruitment software

You get the idea.

I do this until I hit on something.

I did hit on something.

BOOM:

Just look at this:

‘’The most dispiriting aspect of job-hunting for many people is the stream of standardised rejection emails. These often appear arbitrary, as if no one has actually bothered reading your CV.

That’s probably because they haven’t.

In fact, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or ‘Resume Robots’ as they’re disparagingly called, now reject up to 75% of CVs before they even get to a human.’’

Bingo!

That’s my BIG IDEA right there. The last paragraph.

I don’t even have to do anything.

Everything is already created for me.

Let phrase the BIG IDEA:

75% of CVs get rejected by recruiting software even before they reach a human.’

Done!

Step 3: Create a product/service that ties in with the BIG IDEA

Now, you worry about the product/service.

Notice how this step is coming much later.

I have a target and a BIG IDEA. Way easier to come up with a killer product now.

The best part:

Even way easier to market it.

Let’s start brainstorming.

What product or service can tie in with this big idea I found?

- Books
- Courses
- Software
- Services

Let’s go with a service.

How about start a resume writing ✍️ service that helps fresh graduates beat the ATS robots so they don’t have to be part of the 75% that get rejected instantly.

This is where the work starts.

If I was going to do this, I will learn everything I can about the ATS robots, what they look for in a CV and how to beat them.

Step 4: Use your BIG IDEA to market your product/service

Marketing is done.

Right?

Just take the BIG IDEA and add a BIG PROMISE.

75% of all CVs submitted to banking jobs get rejected instantly by application tracking software. Will you be one of them and remain JOBLESS?

(The BIG PROMISE)

‘Discover the powerful resume writing technique the top graduates are using to get interview offers effortlessly to gain an edge over you...’

<link to website>

You get the point.

You take that ad and target fresh graduates on social media, offline or anywhere you can find them.

Here’s the magic:

This trend is still young. Your CV writing service is educating people now about it and your brand is being linked with this unique situation.

As the years go on..

The beauty is that the tracking software will get more known...

And fears grow stronger...

And guess who’s well positioned to take advantage of that?

You!
