Hmmm..... is the ban on commercial bikes?...or bikes period? A soldier/police can no longer ride his bike carrying his sister?...unless he is in uniform? Is it now anyone carrying someone on his bike is a commercial rider? These peopl3.need to sit and reason things out before making short sighted decisions. Ban commercial bikes now.... but palliatives coming soon.... putting the cart before the horse.... how can they come to such a backward decision?....and to explain?... rotten eggs need fall on these people.

Why provide palliatives after the ban instead of before, the whole thing just seem to have a sinister plan
Complete and utter madness. I saw that too and shook my head.

The last time I read the ban, it was for Commercial Motorcycles and Tricycles.

You need not to be a military personnel before you can ride your personal motorcycle or tricycle? Except the Government is referring to motorcycles that didn't meet the requirements of the to be on Lagos roads, then the military personnel need to be on their uniform when riding such motorcycles.

The latest announcement was actually for military personnel that are engaging in commercial activities using Keke and Okada.
“Only a uniform man who is fully kitted and who rides motorcycle as his own personal mode of transportation is allowed. If any uniform man ventures into commercial motorcycle operation or Keke, the action of such a person is illegal and such persons are going to be arrested if they are caught.”

To the person that will arrest a soldier in mufti on okada. If you're reading this, Rip in advance.

Civilian can even arrest a soldier.

Smh.

So if a soldier on mufti breaks into your house to steal, you will let him go because he said he is a soldier ?

It's like you don't know the meaning of arrest.

Fashola made budgets

Ambode too 4yrs as governor no rail
Now this pointy pointy governor.
Two yrs going
They said by 2022 it will be ready
Ethiope did a bigger project with cheaper cost

Let us keep deceiving ourselves.
As long as there are agberos who rigg for them

Dont be so weak minded now, So a soldier should be above the law of the land? 1 million and one people can arrest a faulting soldier for your information. Remove the gun from a soldier he is an ordinary man.If na lie ask boko arram.

To the person that will arrest a soldier in mufti on okada. If you're reading this, Rip in advance.

Too many mentions from all these internet jet lis
Let's settle this once and for all. Video yourself arresting a soldier and get a million. In fact video a policeman arresting a soldier and get the million. Ozuors. If soldier slap you you go know say police is your friend and SARS na your cousin

This is why Nigeria will continue to be backwards and other countries will continue to see us as a joke.

Only in a barbaric and backwards country will soldiers be expected to not only break the law but fight with the police and proudly get away with it.

We are so used to people, especially people in uniform, abusing power that it is just seen as normal.

When soldiers, who are supposed to be disciplined, can not obey simple instructions then the foundation of the institution is rotten.
