Service/Repair History:
It has had no problems and this is the first laptop I have used that I havnt dismantled out of curiosity 
I have only opened the back panels to add more ram and hard drive to it.

Usuage
Used for 15-22 hours a day for programming. I dont take it around so everything's still firm and like new.

What I like about the laptop:
1. Its wide screen,
2. Its silience when I touch type,
3. Its dedicated number pad area
4. Its beauty.

What I don't like:
1. If you are a programmer the keypad layout may take a while to get used to the right Shift key is small like the regular keys and if you touch type, you will end up touching the wrong key when you want to use the right Shift key. Ofcourse the right shift key is very important in coding cuz you need it to get to characters like {}<>()?. I got used to the layout in about a month of use.

2. Underneath the laptop gets a bit hot after prolonged use. Well this is normal for AMD processors and it isnt a fault or defect. It has a very powerful fan.
