For chest measurement, get a tape rule and do just like the picture below.

The tape rule can measure in both inches and centimeters which are on each side of the tape rule.

Once you get your measurement in centimeters, just divide it by 100. Whatever you get is your chest size in meters.

Note: The male chest size must be at least 0.87m

You mean the measurement of CHEST will cover the both chest and back while measuring or front chest alone. I'm not understanding pls.

Oga let me ask you one question: If you're a graduate, when you served, did you fill your Uniform size online? I guess yes. Did they give you the right size, NO!.

My point is these people don't even bother to check. They just use these things to screen people. When they'll need it, they will measure us.

Oga fill it there by default.
