Some of the new recruit just report to some command this week and they said that the documentation is still on going

Its very hard to APPLY for immigration.. i reached a place they asked for one taxk something documents like that. And i just finished serving.. they asked for FIRN .. abeg how una dae get this immigration work.. una wae get am through online how una process am

Whenever they wish to recruit it will be published on newspapers and even on most job website.
NIS Recruitment is usually done every 3 years, so they may recruit next year or in 2023.

You obviously don't know what you are saying, there is no fresh NIS recruitment going on now, i repeat don't mislead people so they don't fall into the hands of scammers.
Whatever is ongoing now is a conclusion of the 2020 recruitment not a fresh recruitment. Those still being called for documentation are those with connection and for replacement, no fresh recruitment is ongoing.
A fresh recruitment will be done in 2022 or 2023.
