What system of government will work best for Nigeria? Many people are mentioning some system of government, and some are mentioning some leaders

Hitler is not a system of government, he is a leader

Back to the question, all system of government has its own pros and cons
Monarchy?
Democracy?
Oligarchy?
Military?

They all have their problem and they all have their pro
Democracy is still remain the system of choice but will not necessarily work in some condition

1 Plato hatred for democracy was because he realize the system allow useless people who knows absolute nothing about leadership or governance to emerge as leaders
The same is true today ....under normal circumstances ,buhari should be in home for the ages , been fed food and taken care of ....and here we are, someone with absolutely no single knowledge of anything is elected as president ...

2 the saying rules prevent logic from been applied ...the rule is anyone with ssce can be president ....an intentional shallow loop hole to allow useless being to emerge as leaders ...this rule prevent the logic that buhari is not fit for anything ...if u doubt me, how many successful corporation want to advertise the position for CEO and they say minimum qualification...ssce? Meanwhile government is a big business, bigger than the corporation put together , yet it's led by useless set of unqualified old men ...the result is a country like Nigeria

3 democracy will not necessarily work in a country set up like Nigeria even if u put the right people in the right place ...u can't do this actually, the south is progressive but the north is regressive

4 Sudan is an excellent example of what should happen to Nigeria, let the north go and the south be too ...then each can design their democracy in ways that best suits them

Regional government. A very loose form of federalism where each region based on ethnic affinity is given a lot of autonomy to drive their own economy at their own pace.
