The worst is that EEDC after issuing estimated bills will still use pen to write more than what they have estimated! Filling to do that your light will be cut off!

27k per month for 3 b/d, when the rent of the flat it self is 20k per month, I have tried everything possible they are just dribbling me, they don't want to give prepaid or change the charges, other remaining 3 flats are paying same.

They have succeeded in paralyzing Lagos State especially. Who's gonna pay that? The least I got in last 6 months was 13k. I just pay 30% of it since they claim that's the lease you must pay to avoid disconnection

Have you been served this month's bill? If yes. Let's see how much. Reports reaching our ears says discos are doubling infact trippling the bills...for what na?

Last month it was announced that customers shouldn't pay more than expected, isn't? So why are the discos hiking the price of electricity this month?

This is an estimated billing for March amount was times 2 of the previous amount...for an area that can't boast of reasonable supply of electricity in a day. Which way Nigeria? Which way PHEDC? Exploitation! Robbing the masses!

Eko customers, Ikeja customers, Adamawa customers, Enugu customers etc how far? How much were you billed this March?

As a foreigner I can now see why Nigeria has such poor power supply. No one pays their bills. Almost everyone who posted a bill had more than 100k in outstanding debt. If that is a common problem how do you all expect the utility companies to run the business?

So that what about what you didn't pay off last month?

The last time I paid was on December 2018, I told them I no longer need their services and I'm making my sales just fine. At home I use a customized prepaid meter whereby only the electric bulbs and fans read in the meter while all switches including fridge, cooking plates, iron, television are connected direct, no matter how they try they wouldn't find out so 2k card last more than a month for us. A quite big house

This IKEDC people I no understand them again ooo, my landlord has 3 ACs and two other tenants upstairs, yet they are paying a lesser amount compared to two of us downstairs with only 2 and 3 ceiling fans respectively. Last month 2 of us paid 9200 and 3 of them upstairs paid 7500.
And we are both metered ooooo!
