Once you don't match up, your journey ends there without any one asking for your resume. These ones have little or no use for the traditional CV, so don't be shook when you can't see the tab for 'Upload CV' �
This implies you have to stay on top of your career achievements and know how to play those brain tasking games.

3. Building your personal brand online makes it easier for you to get a job because you are visible. You can use any social media platform to showcase your perspective on any topic. These days, people wake up to job offers in their DMs from people who have been observing their Social Media footprints, and there is every inclination that this is not going to stop anytime soon.

Again, you need to Network. Why?
Well, juicy opportunities may not make it online. A friend's friend grabbed an ITF job this year and we all know you don't wake up to their ads on online job boards. Maybe it will happen in 2038 but for now, the only way to get in to some jobs is for the people inside to open the door for you.
