Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appears and fades away like algebra class but the lesson you learn will last a ifetime.
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
Smile and laugh more.
Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. So, get rid of all those ill feelings.
Forgive even if you don’t forget! But refuse bitterness!
Dont take yourself too seriously. No one does.

Don’t compare your life to others, you have no idea what their journey is all about.

However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick, your fiends will stay in touch.
Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.
Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need or definitely will get what you really, really want.
The best is yet to come. 2020 is your ELEVATION ladder!
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up. Reject depression!

Enjoy life each moment, try new things.
Call your family often! It’s just one life! You may not see me always!
Your innermost self is always happy. So, be happy.

Don’t overdo it. Keep your limits. Take a step at a time! Live a day at a tıime!

When you wake up alive in the morning, thank God for it.

When you can eat and drink water daily, thank God for it. Millions cannot eat.
