Good builders in the house. Help me review this quotation by my plumber. The building is 3 bedrooms all ensuite with anteroom ensuite.

I feel the estimate is too high, but he said he is quoting for the best materials.

Pls help me to review and advice. Thanks

i will advise you go for quality rather than quantity, remember that this is building, once it is done, it is always very hard to rectify many things, even if you get a lower rate , please make sure the workmanship is very good
