It is as hilarious as it is sad that we are now taking loans from the Chinese in order to pay the Chinese to build our crap for us. The sensible thing to do would be to cut that 25% of the budget spent on law makers and use that to at least pay their workers if not our own. But, I guess this is Nigeria we are talking about.
