The Judiciary can't, but the legislative assembly can.

They have the power of oversight function and since they are the direct representatives of the people, they can ask the president or any of his ministers to appear before them and explain why he has refused a total shut down of airports.

Do you understand now.

Mcquine:

Communication can be achieved when raw data or streams of bits of signal both 1's and 0's are transferred from the receiving end with the help of the transducer through the communication channel be it wired or wireless modulated with the carrier wave and get to the receiving end without losses, attenuation, interference or bits misplacement.

Simply put if after using big Grammer and nobody understands you that's not communication.

The time will come that these people will go against each other... There will always be a struggle for power within these people who can categorized majorly into three... Politicians, religious leaders and monarchs. Any severe disagreement among these classes can lead to the next world war..

I dont even understand why they are begging this people, They are at high risk of contacting the virus compared to average Nigerians. God get plans with this virus and his major target is those politicians, some religious leaders and other wealthy upon wealthy business men who has the idea of what the world would become in 50yrs time

Coronavirus has killed more people in 3 months than what Ebola did in 2 years.

Understand that whites are weaponizing the virus. They're angry it's not killing Africans. It's an act of war. There's only one way to deal with someone trying to kill you -- get them first.

At a time when all countries are shorting their borders, The judiciary has refused to short theirs.
When it's about laws that will favor the people they won't act.
But when it's against the masses, they will suddenly remember their stupid laws.

However, I doubt that this decision is made by the judiciary, probably it's oga from above that authorized them to do so

Coronavirus has killed more people in 3 months than what Ebola did in 2 years.

But Ebola is far much deadlier than it.

The new coronavirus has a low fatality rate of 2.3%

While a strand of the Ebola (the Sudan strain) has over 70% fatality rate. The Zaire ebolavirus has the most numbers of human fatalities. All together, the Ebola remains the second most deadly virus known to have ever transmitted to humans.
