Amabazonia method of secession is the worst in 20th century.

Their selfish arms fighters are just making their people vulnerable to Cameroon government

Ambazonia struggle is different, Ipob struggle is also different..

Any IPOB member dreaming to team up with Ambazonia is incurring the wrath of France who supported Biafra in 1967 during the war.

It makes no sense.. Everybody should carry his cross

Both Ambazonian and IPOB method are totally different.

IPOB struggle still make sense far to Ambazonian method of approach.

The irony of the Ambazonian, they have no support anywhere

Arrant nonsense!!! France never supported Biafra during the war. This is one of the idiotic narratives ignited by the goons in the western Nigeria news media houses. They have even contemplated such foolish idea that South Africa supported Biafra when the moronic entity called South Africa could not even recognize Biafra. Even the countries that recognized Biafra were not on the solid grounds to support Biafra militarily.

Please do elaborate the support France rendered to Biafra. France did not supply ordinary food or even press its satellite state such as Cameroon to render help to Biafra.

Lets not get it twisted. France recognised Biafra, it even had a Biafran Ambassador. However, France did not support Biafra militarily the way Britain and Russia supported Nigeria with arms and ammunition.

French support for Biafra was more about recognition

Biafra and Ambazonia are joining to be one country. (By the end of 2020)

This will lead to ultimate poverty in Nigeria for sure because the only oil producing states in the future Nigeria are ONDO, EDO & DELTA.
.
How can these 3 states provide for remaining 24 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT)
.
OmO for me Naija go suffer die

Congratulations in advance

You people are so ignorant. Go and read France declassified intelligence files and their meddling in Africa. Aljazeera did a popular documentary on it in 2014 (The french african connection) interviewing French military, political & intelligence officers of that era. The part 2 of the documentary is all about oil & biafra.

France not only spurred on ojukwu to declare independence, they supplied ammunition, air crafts & mercenaries months before he declared independence. Dt goes to show you that the aburi accord u guys keep mentioning as trigerring the war, was never intended to be followed.
Biafra had the notorious french commander & mercenary ROLF STEINER in its ranks. I mean, the french even helped u comandeer your war. France wanted to weaken Britain's power & wanted oil money.

This one is stale news that's all over the internet & even studied in European universities. None of the sources I'll link for you are 'western Nigerian media houses'.You can also read some of it on wikipedias 'biafran war' page.

You can always stick ur heads in the sand & parrot ojukwu 'ogbunigwe' & IPOB propaganda to make yourselves feel better though. Just don't repeat it among learned folk cos u will look incredibly stupid.

For starters, Rolf Steiner was not French. He was just another mercenary who was paid to fight for Biafra. The mercenaries fought for money, they did not fight on behalf of any country

Also, Im not going to accept something written on French website as gospel, anybody can do that.

But lets assume for the sake of arguement that France supplied Biafra with arms, it was a drop in the ocean compared to what Russia and Britain gave Nigeria.

British warships blockaded Biafra and prevented Ojukwu from selling Oil and buying all the arms needed to fight the war. This singular act won the war for Nigeria

Now lets talk about Aburi, who broke the agreement? It was Gowon. To now say that Ojukwu never intended to abide by the agreement is irrelevant. What is relevant is who broke the agreement.

The Biafran war was all about the insatiable greed of Gowon and his fellow Northerners to control the political and economic interests of Nigeria. It was all about the Northern domination of Nigeria. The only thing the Northerners never counted on was that Ojukwu and his people would rise up and fight for their freedom as the rest of you Nigerians meekly and willingly accepted to be slaves of the North because you had no fight in you.

You seemed to be a person of above average intelligence. Please do not join the crowd of lazy Nigerians who are noted for revisionism and support every beer parlor stories of Nigeria/Biafra war. France neither supported nor recognized Biafra. France only gave voice support when Biafrans argued to be granted Self- Determination status at United Nation where must of the colonial masters such a Britain argued against it. The British and its allies maintained that Self-Determination right is reserved for the people under colonial rule. However decades later, the Biafran plank of the argument has been upheld by the UN hence countries such as South Sudan, Eritrea and countries that broke away from Yugoslavia were granted the right to self determination. There were five countries in the universe that recognized Biafra, four from the continent of Africa and one from the continent of North America. In addition, UK that fought against Biafra also had a Biafran envoy in Loadon.

Bros, I do not waste my time with those who absolutely know nothing about a subject matter yet make the most noise. The guy whom you replied with the above post is a typical Nigerian who argues base on sentiment. Rolf Steiner was a soldier for hire.

Imo and Abia states contribute 2% of total oil production in Nigeria. Is that what you're banking on?

You can equally take the 2% and let Republic of Igbo land stand. Japan does not have crude oil. In addition, one of the best economies on the continent of Africa does not have a pint of crude oil. You wrote like a typical Nigerian.

Biafra was recognised by 5 countries ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Haiti and Zambia.
.
We would do better if Biafra is allowed to be independent.
.
*At least, the country is small in size,
*The resources can sustain Biafra's population of 56,500,000 people with a big economy.
.
It's still known to UN, government organisations, maps as an unrecognised Country
