Having lived in Port Harcourt from Peter Odili regime to present governor His Excellency Gov Nyesom Wike, one significant achievement from my own opinion is, taming insanity from the city road users and uncontrolled market places, you would hardly believe you are in Port Harcourt if you drive from Rumuokoro to Education bus stop at Mile 1, Oil mills Market, before it was a bedlam.
But my concern was an ambiguity in his state wide broadcast of closure of schools from today, and religious bodies to (RESTRICT) their activities, the word Restrict is open to any interpretation, like some States that place a number of persons that will not exceed in any gathering.

Our state governor Nyesom Wike, should as a matter of been an educated man (sic lawyer) make a definite statement than dwelling in contradictory statements.
He talk about restrictions, later temporary suspension of public gatherings, talk about any gatherings may not exceed 60 persons. At his tweet handle he made mention of setting up of enforcement unit. What will be duties of this unit,is it to enforce a restriction? temporary suspend , making sure that no one gatherings exceed 60 persons.?
One: if a burial, or wedding, religious , town union meetings which involves larger gatherings, restricts, or temporary suspend such gatherings to less than 59 persons including children, do organizers of any of some of the aforementioned break the law?
