As we all know INEC as at 2day has conduct any new voters registration exercise or to update d previous one. In view of d aforementioned, can INEC go ahead and conduct the Delta Gov. Election. To me it has no moral and legal justification to coduct any election, doing so wil be a fraud. How about u. Kindly state ur own views . |
