Since yesterday I decided to use their app to buy data, I didn't see any data and my money has been deducted. Still try to use the MTN on demand to buy airtime, MTN said it's a failed transaction but I still received debit alert again. Please help me, I have contacted them on twitter, Facebook and even sent them mail. They are not responding. |

You can't buy data from your bank, their apps are fake! |

Access bank usually refund airtime money after two days, even without contacting them. Buying airtime online has its own disadvantages. I regretted it the last time I tried it. |

Next time buy airtime and subscribe on your phone once you get your credit. NEVER BUY DATA DIRECTLY FROM BANK APP AS YOUR NETWORK PROVIDER SEF GO DAY VEX |
