On the heels of billions in donations from individuals and private companies, I am suggesting a huge chunk of the funds to be credited to everyone's BVN no matter how little.

The CBN's loan should be automatically made available to people with BVN, no matter how little.

FG and states funds should be concentrated on acquiring health gears/equipment, etc.

I keep emphasizing BVN because, that's the only way these funds can be concretely back traced for accountability and fairness in distribution.

All other ways . . . you know na . . .

Other smart suggestions are welcome.

Nigeria is so large and corrupt I can't think of a fair distribution package
All am sure is that the poor shld be given first priority
For example, Jehovah witness can distribute to the poor Christian's and evryother person who does not mind
While a Muslim group can do same as well
