My flight due for monday has been cancelled, same way all others are cancelled.
Even local flights have started cancelling. ARIK, has cancelled all their flights!.

That doesn't mean it will be closed to essential and emergency services? Our air space can't be closed to aids coming into the country, or envoy or ambassadors of other countries coming into the country.
That doesn't stop another nation from contacting ours and having an understanding in cases that involve citizens evacuations etc, those cases are peculiar cases and our airspace can't be shut to them.
It's the same thing practised all over the world!.
