Daily Trust reports that Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai and his Bauchi state counter-part, Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, had tested positive for Coronavirus.

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 has risen to 97 as at Sunday morning. Most states of the federation have now declared total lockdown as part of efforts to reduce the spread of the virus in the country.
