Even if Buhari approves the disbursement of fund to provide relief for Nigerians, it would take them one month or more to device a means to carry out the distribution...and when they eventually do,it would be based man know man. that poor widow with 3 little children that has no TV and internet but a Nokia torch phone whose battery she can't afford to drain while listening to radio because her light was disconnected due to her inability to pay NEPA bill... will not be a beneficiary |
