Who told you the virus is not in Russia and North Korea. Though Russia projected infected rate of about 1200 but that cannot be the truth. Countries like China, Russia ,Japan , North Korea are not good with giving out information, they only tell you what they want you to here. Aren't you surprised that China the headquarters of the virus is having only one reported case in the last 12days and America is having like 60k.

Nigeria is doing the same we are not running a democratic Republic we are more of communist .if the case of buhari being infected as said is hidden what's stops them from beating down the figures.
