[b][/b].i have this foreign etisalat 1550 hsdpa modem but i cant seem to use it, anytime i insert a sim it says the specified sim cannot be used, ive tried unlocking it and flashin it but nothing works, pls do u have any ideas on wat i can do?, ive uploaded the pic so u can the the modem urself, will be expecting ur feedback, thanks

Sage I will get back to you because i cant lay my hand of the tips now. My break down and i need to fix it. Once am done then you will have it at your fingertips. amd going to lock it for you soon than you knew it. Where do you reside (Area). Example Ikeja-Lagos.

u dont understand, its not me flashing is the problem, how can i flash d modem wen its not even accepting any sim,not even the sim of its own network, each time i insert a sim it shows-the specified sim cannot be used and i can flash it if it keeps showing that,

I finally found out wat d problem of d modem is but avent found a solution,the problem is dat d person using it b4 tried to unlock it but wasnt successful,so he used all d chances he had to unlock it,and it was ten times,so since he wasted it all,d modem finally locked itself and didnt accept any sim again,nt even d sim of its own network(etisalat), its just lyk wen u use a pin on ur sim card and u tried it 3 times and didnt get it, so,can anyone stil help me out?
