We have seen pictures from Lagos lockdown over coronavirus. Can we see what Abuja looks like during lockdown?

Nairalanders in Abuja should kindly share pictures showing Abuja lockdown.

Why should you encourage such practice?

Doing this will encourage lots of bored people to step out on the streets and violate the stay home order.

While I empathize with everyone affected by this lock down and I understand the huge sacrifices this entails, there's no substitute to it. While I don't mean to sound like an alarmist, the truth is this disease hasn't really started wrecking havoc in Nigeria. D low reportage of cases is as a result of inadequate testing kits(there was a spike in number of cases after Jack Ma's donation). Again, I feel Germany, The US and Israel's evacuation of their citizens out of the country even when it has less cases than the home countries is tied to this reason. As such, while d lock down is unpalatable and will likely take a huge toll on us, it is best we obey it. Na ear we go take hear insha Allah. In d meantime, stay at home
