Hello nairalanders, pls let's share our experience on various banks ATM machine, pos, internet or mobile banking during this lockdown. I noticed it went from bad to worst. My experience with my bank I went on 28th march to withdraw some cash with gt bank atm at gt bank but the machine debited me and didn't dispense, it took over 5 days before it was reversed that is after I had sent 3 emails, logged dispense error form online twice, called customer care for 30 minutes and finally got to the bank branch to fill a physical form again. What a stress? Share urs below |
