Was having a gist with a friend the other day when the topic came up.  I have heard that she is from Edo, while the other said she is from Akwa Ibom.

Fellow Nairalanders, help me out.  If you know where he is from and have reasonable proof (like the name is native to the particular state), let me know.

Okonedo is a popular name among the Esan(Ishan) tribe of Edo state so shes most likely from Ishan. Btw you referred to her as a HE twice,any reason?
